A monthly 90-minute yoga practice to unwind, restore, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.

 

Monthly Downshift with Karin Weinstein & Bobbie Ellis is a somatic yoga experience designed to help you step out of the noise and back into your body.

 

This is not your typical weekly class. With more time and space, we invite you into a slower, more intentional pace—one that supports true down-regulation of the nervous system and deeper listening.

 

Each session weaves together somatic movement explorations, breath practices, meditation, and intentional rest. You’ll be guided, but never pushed—encouraged to follow your own internal cues, adjust the pace, and discover what feels supportive for you.

Together, we create a space for exploration, self-regulation, and learning—so you leave feeling more at ease, with a clearer understanding of your body and how to work within it.

 

This is your time to unwind, recalibrate, and tap into the fluid intelligence within.
