2023 Soma Yoga 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Syllabus
Requirements
• Take at least 20 classes with lead instructors (included in the program fee)
• Attendance (in person and virtual) is mandatory (missed time over 10 hours needs to be made up)
• Complete all reading and homework assignments
• Must Pass Final Practical Exam: 90 Minute Master Class
